Kindly-Games ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Animal Doctor application (the "App"), including and especially children. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding it.

App intended for children. Animal Doctor is designed for young children (ages 3-4). We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children, and the App is designed in accordance with the Google Play Families Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Animal Doctor does not request, require, or store any personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, etc.). The App contains no user accounts, no login system, no chat, and no user-generated content sharing.

Certain limited technical data may be automatically processed by the third-party services integrated into the App (see Section 2), including:

Anonymized advertising identifiers (for displaying child-appropriate ads)
Technical device data (device model, operating system version, language)
Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (crash reports, overall play time)

2. Third-Party Services Used

The App relies on the following services to function:

Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. Configured with child-directed treatment tagging and compliant with COPPA/GDPR-K rules. No behavior-based personalized ads are served to children.
Google Play Billing — for managing the "Remove Ads – Lifetime" in-app purchase, protected by a parental gate that prevents children from making a purchase without adult involvement.

3. In-App Purchases and Parental Gate

The App offers a single in-app purchase ("Remove Ads – Lifetime") that permanently disables ads. Any purchase attempt triggers a parental gate — the user must press and hold a button for 5 continuous seconds — designed to ensure an adult is present before any transaction can be completed.

4. Advertising

Ads displayed within the App are configured as family-friendly and are not personalized for users who may be minors, in accordance with the requirements of the Google Play Families program and Google Ads policies for child-directed apps.

5. Security

We do not store any personal data on our own servers, as the App does not use a remote server to store user data. All game progress data remains stored locally on the user's device.

6. Rights of Parents and Guardians

Parents or legal guardians may at any time:

Uninstall the App, which removes all locally stored data
Disable personalized advertising through their Android device settings (Google Settings > Ads)
Contact us with any privacy-related questions (see Section 8)

7. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a new "last updated" date.
